About This Coffee

How exciting - this year, a coffee from the Inmaculada Fellows Farms Project has once again convinced us for our range. This time a Chili Bourbon - but don't worry, the chili is only in the name ;), which comes from the fact that the cherries smell like chili when they are picked. We are very happy about the cooperation with Inmaculada Fellows Farms, because these coffees combine two things that are particularly important to us. The origin: The beans for this Chili Bourbon come from local producers in the region around the famous Inmaculada Coffee Farms. Through a lot of knowledge transfer about agricultural and harvesting techniques, the coffee farmers are able to continuously increase the quality of their cherries, thereby achieving higher sales prices and, as a result, improving their quality of life. The quality: Of course, it doesn't end with the cherries. Directly at Inmaculada, the processing (in this case natural/dry) takes place at the highest level after the harvest, which gives the coffee its typical character. The aromas speak for themselves, exceptional complexity meets an elegant body. We are delighted to be able to present this coffee to you!
