Hacienda Barbara is run by the Rogers Family and guided by agronomist Hunter Tedman. Their focus is on responsible farming, long-term soil health, and high-quality processing. We selected La Huaca farm, which sits at around 1600 m on the slopes of Piedra de Candela, where most of the land is planted with Catuai and the higher sections are reserved for small lots of Gesha. Half of the estate is wild forest, while the other half is carefully managed throughout the year
