A rich, full cup with flavor notes of simple chocolate, smoky flavor, and molasses. There’s a surprising amount of sweetness, balanced with the pleasant bitterness that French Roasts are known for. With a creamy and even body, our French Roast is complex yet comforting. French Roast is our darkest roast, featuring a blend of selective Central and South American strictly hard bean (SHB) coffees that are grown at a higher altitude, able to handle the dark roast without losing their flavor.
