Kenia Githiga PB - Filter
About This Coffee
You know us, you know our preference for Kenya (and of course for all other origins, of course!), so trust us: you need it in your cup. By the way, whether filter or espresso, because you obviously love Kenya as much as we do, which is why there has always been an espresso roast for some time. Some like it fruity! YES!! More about the coffee: We are very happy to have a peaberry (that's what the PB stands for) in our range again after a long time. In the cup, it brings wonderful fruit and caramel notes - but of course the acidity typical of Kenyan coffees should not be missing. This lot comes from the Githiga Wet Mill in Kangema at the foot of Mount Kenya. 980 farmers bring their cherries to the Wet Mill, which is operated by the Kanyenaini Farmers Cooperative Society. There they are traditionally washed processed.
