120 Hz is smooth, energizing, and unforgettable once experienced. The espresso from Colombia is full of flavor with notes of chocolate, sweet caramel, and juicy strawberry. It runs smoothly from every machine, even fully automatic ones. I love it as a subtle cappuccino as well as an intense flat white. 17.5 g in 30 - 35 seconds brewing time yields 40 g espresso. Grind level of my grinder 20.5. It is whole beans for maximum freshness.
