This washed process Ethiopian coffee is sourced from the Uraga washing station in Guji, harvested from November to January. The coffee cherries are depulped, fermented for 8-12 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds for 5-15 days. This coffee is an Heirloom Ethiopian, comprised of a mix of varietals native to Ethiopia
