The Montero family is known as a pioneer in the micro-mill revolution in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. Carlos encouraged local coffee farmers to build relationships with roasters. Jacob is in charge of the wet mill and continues to refine his skills with a passion for the process and continues to work to improve quality.
