About This Coffee

Finca Himalaya is located in the Apaneca mountains of El Salvador, on volcanic soils in the shade of cypress and pine trees. A historic farm where coffee has been grown since 1875, it is now cared for by Mauricio Salaverria and his team, who continue the tradition of specialty coffee while protecting the land's biodiversity. In 2014, it adopted Project Origin's Supernatural process, which consists of storing the cherries to generate heat and then drying them in thinner layers to obtain an intensely flavored coffee
