120 PSI is our approachable espresso blend, used daily in all of our stores. It is slowly rotating blend currently featuring a Washed Mexico (Dana Montana, Chiapas) and Natural Ethiopia (Adado, Yirgacheffe). Great all around workhorse blend; shines on espresso, cold brew, and drip.
