Driven by meticulous attention to detail, Lester and Dina incorporate farming practices that prioritise constant care and long-term success. They are firm believers in the life-changing impact of specialty coffee. This lot is a highlight of our Honduras selections this season. Sourced from a region slightly different to the rest of our offerings, it provides a striking contrast in flavour and personality. Expect subtle florals, concentrated acidity, and layered sweetness.
