About This Coffee

Our straight-down-the-middle house blend. Intentional enough to be dissected by the meticulous and approachable enough for those looking for “coffee flavored coffee”, Firebird shines equally well on drip and espresso. Currently features a trio of African coffees; primarily a washed lot from Asmamaw Woldermariam and a natural lot from Tahir Aba Mecha, with a small amount of washed coffee from Tanzania’s Mondul estate to round out the texture.
