That same year, they set a record with a jaw-dropping 94.66 score for the Elida Geisha Washed, while also taking home the coveted Panama Cup for Producer of the Year. This is a dry-processed or “natural” coffee, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed, as is the case with wet-processed or “washed” coffees.
