About This Coffee

Our newest offering for fall is Petronilo Martinez's El Amate. This washed coffee is a prime example of how rich and decadent Guatemalan coffee can be! Petronilo Martinez's farm is located in the mountains above Hoja Blanca in Huehuetenango, near the Mexican border. His nursery contains 9,000 baby coffee plants, all of which will be planted throughout the lots of his farms, featuring varieties such as Pacamara, Bourbon, Caturra, and Geisha. We taste subtle plum acidity, jammy sweetness, and a smooth caramel-like body
