About This Coffee

Located in the Holualoa area, Noelani Coffee Farm is one of the Kona District’s highest-elevation farms at 2500ft. The first plantings from 2018-2020 were of the K7 variety. 1.5 acres of the Geisha Variety were added in 2021. A blend of Self Induced Anaerobic fermentations with some wine yeast inoculated batches. The results are a beautiful coffee that expresses the flavors of the Geisha variety better than any farm we have tasted this variety from in Kona until now
