About This Coffee

From the deep-soil region of Hamakua on the northeastern side of the Big Island of Hawaii, great Hamakua coffees often have a medium to heavy body and ample sweetness. This is a fantastic coffee for those who like balanced coffees that can be enjoyed almost any way - from drip to Aeropress, pour-over to espresso. Don't expect bright, fruit-like flavors in this cup, as it leans more towards "round" notes like roasted nuts and milk chocolate with light floral and cinnamon notes. Our Hamakua coffees are favorites of coffee club members, and are only offered when we have enough after serving the club.
