About This Coffee

From the high-altitude plateaus of Kenya comes a unique and prized coffee—Peaberry. Unlike most coffee cherries, which contain two beans, peaberries form when a single, rounded bean develops inside the fruit. This rare occurrence, representing only about 5–10% of a harvest, concentrates the coffee’s flavor and creates an exceptionally bright and vibrant cup.
