An exceptional Geisha signed by Jamison Savage, grown at the famous Finca Deborah in Panama. Harvested at perfect ripeness and sublimated by a prolonged natural carbonic fermentation with a washed finish, it reveals a cup of great intensity. In the cup, the attack opens with a delicate rose, followed by a lively and tropical pineapple acidity. The mouth extends with a fruity strawberry sweetness, before stretching towards a floral hawthorn finish, long and elegant. An exceptional coffee, where innovation, terroir and variety unite to create an unforgettable cup.
