Tokyo Kissa is our darkest blend yet, inspired by the quiet calm of traditional Japanese kissatens, or coffeehouses, and the dark roasts crafted within them. We embodied the detail, care, and commitment to quality of the kissaten artisans — with their careful sourcing, in-house roasting, and slow, methodical filtering. The result?
