About This Coffee

This is Auromar Geisha Natural from Finca la Aurora, a regular winner of awards at Best of Panama. Washed "Ironman" is especially famous and won 11th place at BOP in 2020. For the Natural lot, only fully ripe mid- to late-harvested coffee cherries are used, and drying takes place on African beds for 20-30 days. It has a transparent acidity like jasmine and green apple, and a refreshing watermelon-like aroma gently passes through your nose.
