With each new lot, we do several test roasts to fine-tune the profile. The process allows us to bring out the best flavours for each specific bean. Sometimes, our test batches don’t hit the exact profile we’re aiming for on the first try. However, these coffees are still way too good to go to waste! Instead of letting them sit or lay to waste, we pack them up as TEST ROAST bags—a surprise mix of single origins and occasional blends at a fraction of the price. While we won’t tell you exactly what’s inside or the roast date, we can promise a quality brew that’s perfect for your everyday cup. Enjoy our Coffee Lab: TEST ROAST.
