About This Coffee

Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene are the founders of Elto Coffee, a newer venture that operates two washing stations in Ethiopia. This lot comes from their Bona Site in Sidama where local smallholders with farms at 2200-2300 MASL deliver their cherries to be processed by Elto. This is a stunning coffee with ripe fruit flavors and layered complexity. We are finding notes of ripe peach, melon, and sweet tea with a buttery mouthfeel and lingering florals
