About This Coffee

If Villa Betulia is our mulled wine and holiday spice coffee, Finca Milan is the dancing sugar plums! This is an absolutely wild coffee with notes of black cherry soda, apple and watermelon hard candies, bubble gum, and everything nice. Going along with this dancing flavor is a super-active fermentation process the mill has dubbed "Culturing Nitro Fermentation". Active yeast and bacteria cultures are added to a bioreactor with the washed coffee cherries. The whole container is then infused with nitrogen, which kickstarts desired fermentation.
