Is Pocho the best coffee producer in the world? If such a classification had been relevant, surely! This boy, so friendly, is a scientific maniac about processes, and an instinctive person when it comes to planting. His high altitude Nuguo farm, almost inaccessible, is a walk in the forest punctuated by coffee clearings. The plant management is minimalist while all the parameters of its fermentations are entirely controlled. Each cherry has its identity card, it’s purely incredible and it is perhaps this combination which gives birth to moving, elegant, brilliant and so rare coffees. Best of Panama Award Winner 2021
