Miguel Dota is growing some of our most celebrated coffee out of Ecuador to date! This Sidra delivers a fascinating array of articulated flavors. There's an umami affect in this cup that keeps us coming back with interest. The body is big - yet delicate, the cup is sweet with alternating currents of botanical & fruited character. There is a uniquely sharp citric delineation in the structure. You may also find notes of blueberry, blood orange, vanilla and lemon meringue
