After judging the Cup of Excellence in El Salvador, our head roaster, Tiff, returned with Campo Bello: one of the greatest spectacles on the cupping table. Perched high in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Biosphere Reserve, this boutique farm and hotel is a testament to three generations of the Rivas Chacón family’s dedication. Their natural Geisha has earned back-to-back Cup of Excellence honours, including this year’s #11 placement in the Natural category. Tiff explains, “When scoring Campo, the tartaric sparkling acidity was really interesting, followed up with a long and sweet aftertaste.” We’re honoured to share this rare, award-winning coffee—roasted with the same admiration with which it was judged. 200g per box.
