About This Coffee

One of my favorite things about coffee is hearing coffee producers, green coffee buyers, and home brewers dial-in to their favorite regions of Ethiopia from a washed-coffee perspective. At BOTZ, we’re particularly excited about washed coffees from Arbegona. We’re constantly trying to understand them because they seem to offer an idyllic BOTZ combination of intense citrus, pome fruits (think all types of pear and apple), and concentrated florals. In a way, the cup tends to glisten like a fresh cider with complex buttery and floral sensations. If you’re passionate about Ethiopian coffees, their regional expressions, and going deeper into flavor nuance, we think Bochessa offers a stunning coffee to brew, sip, and internalize
