About This Coffee

Who doesn’t love a good snow day every once in a while? Like this coffee, we wait for one all year and wake up early to enjoy it. This year we blended a Red Honey processed Catuai variety from the Cafe Solis producer group with a select lot from the producers of Colombia La Pelota. This combo provides the warming flavors for when there’s nothing to do but look out the window at a frozen landscape
