Our coffee is sourced from the region of Antigua. The dark roast will be stronger, more smoky, more bitter and less sweet and less acidic. The light roast will be less strong, less bitter, sweeter and more acidic. The coffee beans are pulled out of their coffee cherry, they are washed and then sundried for 1-3 days
