A seasonal blend designed to focus on fruit character with a full body. The Ethiopia and Colombia components combine with Brazil to create a dynamic espresso with good acidity. Inspired by the Discovery genre, TRIO showcases some of our favourite boutique flavour notes from producers around the world, against the backdrop of a clean and balanced house espresso. TRIO is curated for consistency, so you get a spectacular coffee, no matter the season. Our current blend consists of: Popayán, Colombia — 60% Recreio, Brazil — 20% Limu, Ethiopia — 20%
