About This Coffee
Our first Ethiopian of the year, a classic delicate natural lot from Shakiso district. I think this is the first ethiopian lot that i have from Guji region and i love it. So easy to drink, so delicate on aroma. Sparkling acidity of red fruits and a silky texture. It needs few days more to rest (at least 12-14 after roasting) but after that it tastes amazing. On filter there is ton of fruits notes with floral undertone of Ethiopian coffees and on espresso the silkiness comes forward. i did a 1:3 turbo shot and it is delicious.
