Perduras is a single origin coffee with two rotating origins throughout the year. A darker filter coffee with sweet caramel, nougat, and crisp red apple – for those who enjoy a cup with real character. If we were more into roast levels, we’d probably call this a medium-dark roast. In spring, fresh harvests from the Incahuasi cooperative in Peru arrive at our roastery, and later in winter we switch to new coffee from Comicovel in Honduras.
