About This Coffee

This Geisha is produced by the Herrarte family, who have been growing coffee on their farm in Santa Rosa since 1892. All cherries are picked and sorted by hand. They are then depulped, fermented in tanks, then washed and dried on patios. Each of these steps in cultivation and preparation strives to preserve the highest quality of the coffee. We met Isabel Herrarte and her coffees at the World of Coffee in Milan in the summer of 2022 and are pleased to have one of her wonderful Geishas in our program for the second time!
