Ruby Coffee Roasters has always been a community effort. When our roastery first opened in Nelsonville, it was the direct support of the community that sparked the idea for our weekend Tasting Room. With the closure of the tasting room, we've been unable to serve our immediate community the way we wanted to. Cue: the Honor Cart. It gives us a chance to do just that. Thanks for stopping by
