NO16 KOPI LUWAK

Musangas Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

Do you know what one of the most expensive coffees in the world is made from? Let us take you to Southeast Asia - the islands of Indonesia, where high-quality coffee trees grow due to the fertile volcanic soil and favorable climate. "Kopi" means "coffee" and "Luwak" means a free-living palm civet. This animal selects only ripe, top-quality coffee cherries, which are processed in its digestive tract. Enzymes in the stomach break down proteins, giving the beans an exceptionally smooth and unique taste that cannot be replicated in any other way. The cup is dominated by a combination of chocolate, caramel and nuts, subtly complemented by refreshing citrus notes. We only choose certified and wild-collected 100% WILD LUWAK coffee. A rare taste, worthy of exceptional moments. 100% Arabica Origin: Indonesia | Region: Sumatra Growing height: 1200 - 1600m Processing: wet, natural Roasting: medium Acidity: medium Selected with love.
