About This Coffee

Introducing San Sebastián 🤙 Working with Cofinet we’ve selected this washed caturra, castillo lot from smallholder growers in the Inzá municipality. Situated around 1700masl this coffee really jumped out on the cupping table. It’s sweet and has a light acidity, with body and bite to boot. This coffee was one of the first lots we selected as somehting we knew would be an all rounder. A beautiful filter option with notes of plum, and caramel that make it a coffee you can 100% drink every morning! Then as an espresso, I found green apple and caramel shine through and honey, molasses and nutmeg were more dominant when adding milk. soooooooooo, it's pretty rad!
