Lenin Flores [Washed] - Espresso

About This Coffee

This coffee is produced by the Flores family, in the village of El Diamante, in northern Peru, in the district of San José de Lourdes. Cultivated at over 1,900 meters above sea level, it comes from carefully harvested ripe cherries, then subjected to a nocturnal pre-fermentation followed by a fermentation of 24 to 36 hours after depulping, in order to reveal all their aromatic intensity. Slow drying in a ventilated greenhouse ensures a cup of great purity, balanced and expressive. In espresso, it reveals a beautiful vivacity and aromas of candied orange peel, almond and panela, carried by a silky texture and a long, delicious finish
