About This Coffee
Roger Chilcon is the owner of a three-hectare farm in the village of El Diamante in Northern Peru’s Cajamarca region. Near the city of Jaén, El Diamante is one of the few places in this area with protected forests. Roger grows both red and yellow Caturra on his farm, and while these are a staple of coffee cultivation across Central and South America, it has actually become somewhat rare to find Caturra separations these days. In this lot we taste notes of apple and berries layered upon a sweet, creamy finish
