About This Coffee

This seasonal blend celebrates our Mexico Peaberry. While most coffee beans develop in pairs, about five percent of coffee beans develop alone, and take on a round, pea-like shape. When roasted on its own, the unique shape of peaberry coffee helps to bring out brighter flavors and more complex aromatics. We've roasted these beans to light and medium levels, and blended them to create something extra special. We hope our Holiday Blend will keep you feeling warm and festive the whole winter long
