About This Coffee

Our first Chiroso from Urrao this year is an approachable and an easy coffee to enjoy. This profile is big in body with a medium-light weight on the palate. The prominent note with this lot is apple, there is also a pleasant spring of bright stone fruit and dried fruit that comes up as well. At cooler temperatures this cup holds it's round and light feel with a delicate florality & a carmelized base of sweetness
