About This Coffee

Thiago Corsi represents the fourth generation of coffee producers at Fazenda Rodomunho, a family farm located in Brazil. Heir to a dual Portuguese and Italian culture, he passionately perpetuates know-how passed down for several generations. Since 2019, he has managed the farm with his brothers, his mother Elzi – in charge of finances – as well as other family members. This human and united management model creates a climate of trust, respect and proximity, which is reflected in the quality of the coffees produced. The family makes it a point of honor to value the work of everyone, in a warm and committed atmosphere. ETHICAL AGRICULTURE Fazenda Rodomunho is located on a plateau surrounded by valleys, benefiting from an ideal microclimate for coffee cultivation. Since taking over the farm, Thiago has focused on regenerative agricultural practices that revitalize soils, reduce the use of chemical inputs and protect ecosystems. For him, this approach is essential in the face of the challenges posed by the climate, diseases and the future of coffee. He values traceability, sensory research and respect for the plant at each stage. Thanks to this sustainable vision, each batch can express the full potential of its terroir.
