About This Coffee

Continuing with our rollout of this year’s Nicaraguan harvest, we are thrilled to be share this coffee from Tres Hermanas - Spanish for “Three Sisters”. The farm is located in a valley bordering Honduras, with a slow maturation of coffee cherries aided by just 4 hours of daily sunlight. Cinthya Morales, one of three sisters who gave the farm its name, is a university graduate who inherited the farm from her father. She is actively involved in the local coffee community in Dipilto municipality, giving coffee growing courses in parallel to her farm activity - so as to ensure success and continuity of her farm and region
