If you're anything like us, you sometimes find yourself craving a warm cup of coffee but don't want all of the caffeine that comes with it. Half Caff Kaldi is the perfect coffee for the situation. Modeled after our house blend, it's made up of 50% Decaf Cafe Kaldi and 50% regular. The result is a perfectly balanced cup with exceptional sweetness atop a deep chocolatey base. It tastes great on its own, but also holds up well to a splash of milk or alternative milk, and makes for a very sweet, creamy cold brew. For cold brew, we recommend making a concentrate and diluting it to taste for a quick, tasty hit of coffee right when you need it. With just the right amount of caffeine, Half Caff Kaldi is perfect for the late afternoon, your second cup, or all day sipping. No sacrifices necessary.
