About This Coffee

The marriage of Colombia ASOPEP (El Puente), and Peru Aprysa. This year we paid $8.500 between both co-ops as a social premium on the coffee we bought from them. This was our first ever blend and is the organic coffee used by the vast majority of cafes that we supply. It's also the biggest seller on our website. It's a real all rounder that works equally well in an espresso machine or a French Press.
