About This Coffee

This is a rare single origin, single producer coffee from Mate Mateyos, 2nd place winner of the Cup of Excellence in 2024, operating out of a washing station in Keramo. We're thankful to offer this after working with Emily at Swift, who works with Mate and his cohort to host conferences and training training as well as provide resources to the community. After harvest, the coffee cherries are carefully hand-sorted to ensure even ripeness, then placed in small flotation tanks where lighter fruit is removed. This coffee is coming out light and bright, with really lovely florals and red fruit, namely hibiscus and watermelon
