A Blend of Specialty Coffee from Brazil and Colombia. Full bodied with mild sweetness and lingering aftertaste, nougat, choc chip cookie and a lingering strawberry finish. This blend is perfect for drinking with milk. Our Brazil is a natural process from the amazing Cocarive cooperative in Mantequira de Minas. It is a member owned cooperative who we share the values of economic and environmental sustainability with. Nestor Lasso is a young innovative coffee farmer whose name is becoming well known due to the family's quality efforts on their farm; El Diviso in Huila, Colombia. Nestor has a Technical Degree in Specialty Coffee Processing from SENA and has helped make many coffee champions with his coffee winning World Brewers and World Barista Champion since 2022. *all coffee delivered as whole bean unless specified* *please comment with grind type if you would like your coffee ground*
