Gaharo

Botz

About This Coffee

In the history of Botz, we’ve only carried one coffee from Burundi. While it’s impossible to singularly characterize a coffee’s flavor profile from Burundi (they can be quite complex), Botz tends to gravitate toward citrusy cups with a rich, syrupy and sweet backbones. The acidity of this coffee reminds me of rich orange (blood orange) and small bursts of red (cranberry). The sweetness flooded my mind with rich purple hues (dates). In combination, you get a prismatic and electric cup grounded by lots of sweetness. Bright, yet rich and fresh, yet syrupy - Gaharo is ready to fulfill all your coffee flavor desires
