Like the brightest star in the sky, our Ethiopia Biruhi outshines galaxies of just fine versions. It’s because this coffee has all the feels - a sparkling acidity, buckets of tropical fruits, lingering delicate florals - so it makes sense that Biruhi means “bright” in Ethiopia’s Amharic language.
