BOLIVIA FINCA ROSITA PACAMARA NATURAL

Goshen Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

Finca Rosita parallels its namesake Rosa Aramayo through community outreach and agricultural sustainability. With multiple generations of coffee knowledge, the family not only produces some of the best coffee in Bolivia, but they also work with their neighbors to help them do the same. Their farm has an impressive range of coffee varieties, Pacamara being one. Post harvest cherries go through an anaerobic natural fermentation - a process void of oxygen, making for a clean & fruity flavor that still represents the coffee variety’s uniqueness.
