Nemesio is an award winner for his show stopping Caturra. His Pink Bourbon has been poignant and floral. Given the small fruit out turn from the fly crop, he decided to combine the two varieties. There are notes of apricot, papaya & creamy notes of citrus. A bigger feel on pallet when this coffee is warm & cools with soft honeyed florals
