About This Coffee

When I’m buying coffees for Botz, I almost exclusively cup alone. Thankfully due to fortuitous circumstances and schedules, I was finally able to recruit my best friend, Botz super fan, and sister, Elena, to try some samples with me to see what Botz beans may be a good fit. Along with two other coffees (currently on a boat headed our way hehe!), Hada Molecha had us both mesmerized by its lovely floral character and nuanced citric flavors. It reminded me of drinking lavender lemonades and zesting oranges for my sister’s famous burnt Basque cheesecake
